Thank you!!!

Hello! This is the most recent pic of me with lipgloss and powder on my face. I’ve been trying to get on live, but I refuse to do another makeup free video! LOL I’ve done a lot of them. The life of a writer and a full-time employee is HARD! I haven’t slept in a month, through the night at least and have no time for makeup 😁 I’ve noticed I have some new followers, and I’d like to say welcome! I joined Instagram in June.

I’ve been blogging for 2 years. I write about all things writing and self development. One of my blogs written after the murder of George Floyd got international attention and was published in The Voice, Britain’s only national black newspaper in June!

It was an amazing experience!!!😁😁😁 Check out the link below: https://www.voice-online.co.uk/opinion/comment/2020/06/08/we-need-to-focus-our-energy-on-our-youth/

I’ve been the recipient of 2 blogging awards this year and I’m so thrilled! I’m also an author! My debut urban romance novel, I Forgot to Love Her is coming out this year! The target release date is November 20th, 2020! 🙏 The idea for the book came in December 2019. I was about 20k into a thriller and this guy kept popping up in my mind. He was a handsome, successful happily married black man. I thought of the demands that must be on him with his career and family. I thought about his struggles trying to be there for everybody as well as dodging all the temptation that comes his way, and still make time for himself. Then, all of the other characters surrounding him came to life! This book has not been published yet and it’s already being well received and I couldn’t be happier!

Check out my book trailer on my page!

My book will also appear in the Writer’s Block Cafe Lounge, an online bookstore that features #newtitles, #blackbestsellerlist, #bookreviews, and #bookclub! Check out their amazing inventory @cafeloungebookclub!

This has been an incredible journey so far! I look forward to sharing all of this with you! Thank you to everyone who is helping me make my dream come true!!!🥰🥰🥰

    1. Thank you! I’m literally living my dream and I’ve got little angels that have came out of nowhere helping me! I’m truly humbled! Yes, please do check out the article. The horrific incidents of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery sparked the idea. It’s really about police brutality and social injustice. I just poured my heart out not thinking it would go anywhere. Thank you so much for the support!

And I hope you and your family are safe! May God watch over you with your travels and your career🙏 Stay safe!
